3. Select Notification Alerts
4. This will take you to Settings

5. iOS: Notifications &gt; Tap to enable &gt; Allow Notifications, Alerts, Banner Style, Sounds, Badges, Show Previews, Notification Grouping 

6. Android: Notifications &gt; Tap to enable &gt; Unblock all, Sounds and Vibrations On -Recommend Priority Interruption on
