Forgotten passwords or time for a change?

Changing your password is easy on Blerter, we use your email address as a two-step identifier to ensure your information is kept safe on the App.

Note - Sometimes the emails end up in your spam folder

Forgot Password on Mobile & Desktop 

  1. Enter your Email address then tap or swipe ‘Next’

  2. Select 'Don't remember your password?'

  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password

  4. Choose your new Blerter password 

  5. Log in via mobile or desktop 

Change Password on Mobile

  1. Once you are signed in tap the settings icon in the top left corner

  2. Tap Change Password 

  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password

  4. Enter your new Blerter password

  5. Test out new login

Change Password on Desktop

  1. Browse to your profile icon in the top right corner

  2. Select 'View Profile'

  3. Click 'Edit Profile'

  4. Select 'Reset Password'

  5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password

  6. Enter your new Blerter password

  7. Test out new login
