Creating incidents
On Desktop
1. Browse to a channel
2. Select Incidents on the channel tabs (top of page)
3. Tap Add Incident on desktop - you will see a list of all incidents Types, select the category of the incident
4. Select the incident template that best reflects your recorded incident
5. On the next screen, add a title and any other relevant information to the incident
6. Once you’ve entered all details necessary, tap Save in the top right corner - this will publish your incident
On Mobile
1. Browse to a channel
2. Locate More at the top of the screen via the channel tabs, from this select Incidents
3. Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner - you will then see a list of all the incidents available in different categories
4. Select the incident template that best reflects your recorded incident
5. On the next page, add a title and any other relevant information to the incident
6. Select Other Person at the top to include a person involved that isn't listed
7. Once you’ve entered all details necessary, tap Save in the top right corner - this will publish your incident
