We all understand the importance of data, with Blerter Reports we can understand on a deeper level what the data is telling you. See clearly what is being managed by your team and where there may have been gaps, so that you can put the people or processes in place to close the gaps.

The Blert and incident timeline patterns will emerge when your team is busier and also when there are quieter times, assisting with understanding how your event takes shape and the resources you need. Alternatively if there is a large spike in engagement, you will immediately be able to see what the situation is so you and your team can respond right away.

โ€‹Note: Professional tier does not include reports - standard reports are included in the Business tier and customized reports are an add on to any tier .

Event Summary

The Event Summary is designed to give you an overview of your event, highlighting and giving insights to help you see the bigger picture.

Note: The date selector in the top right corner allows you to zone in on a specific date range - handy for multi-day/series of events

  • Understand which channels are most engaged with incoming Blert communications, and observe what they are converted into

  • Blert and incident timelines helps determine busy periods or critical issues that required high levels of engagement from the event team

  • Break down incidents by type and priority to recognize behaviour patterns

  • New hazards are highlighted so you can take immediate action to mitigate the risks surrounding the hazard

Right Now

Note: Right Now is an add on capability

The Right Now specializes in giving you an overview of what your team is immediately dealing with - or what Blerts, Incidents and Tasks still need to be addressed

  • Highlight Blerts that still need to be responded to or addressed. This ensures your team stays highly engaged with rapid replies back to the workforce

  • Determine your priorities by viewing open incidents and tasks

  • See how many users are Checked-In to Blerter vs how many are on site so that you can encourage higher engagements from your team if they are not checked in

  • If they are unable to Check-In you will be able to learn and gain an understanding of why and either immediately respond to it, or it will raise an important conversation at the post event review
