New To Blerter: Simply Download the App from Google Play or App store

If you have been given a QR code or link, this will take you straight to the Google Play or App Store.

โ€‹Note: It's important to allow Notifications and Geolocation.

Create your account:

You will need to create an account before you can join an event.

1. Select a social login like Google, Facebook, or Apple. Simply click and you're in - you won't need to remember a new log-in and password.

2. Create a login by entering your email and a password.

Join your event team:

You will need a QR code!

Your Event Organizers may have included this in the original email, poster or however they contacted you, this is the first place to check. If you haven't received a QR code - please ask them to resend this to you.

Open the app - at the bottom it says Scan an Event QR code, select this

The QR code will take you straight to joining your event. Select Join and then you will be taken through to the event Check-In page.

My phone doesn't allow me to download a QR Code:

We've noticed that some phones bought overseas may not allow you to download the QR code. This is a phone setting so unfortunately there's nothing we can do here. However, we have ways to get around this.

Simply ask your manager to send it to you via a link, they can do this from their phone or a desktop - whatever they have handy. They will send you a link through a text message, simply click this link and it will take you to join the event.

Checking-In

Once you have joined the event, you can Check-In. The Check-In page will have important information directly from the event organizers about the event. Please read it carefully and acknowledge each item to enter the event.

To Check-In:

  1. Choose the event you would like to check in to

  2. Tap Check In next to the project name

  3. Review and tic the current Alerts, Hazards, Acknowledgments

  4. Tap Next once you've acknowledged all the information

5. Turn on Automatic Check-Out for a easier check-out process where managers can track who is on site - *Note: Location tracking is required to be on at all times on the users device

6. Tap Check In - this will take you to the Event Homepage

That's it! Now you are set up are ready to go!

You can view Alerts, Hazards, Documents, and details about your team. If you want to communicate something with your event managers, simply send a Blert!
