Annual Billing 

Annual billing is a great plan if you want to pay for a whole year at once with a more cost effective license rate.  It allows your team the security of all their data and work within each event, it also offers continuity and efficiency as the team get the most value out of the product.  

The business can allow for long term planning, business stability with low level of incidental costs and low risk of unexpected transaction costs. 

Your team has full access to all Blerters great features including the Console, real-time communication to your workforce and with powerful data and event analytics that can improve event and business efficiencies year on year. 

Yearly billing do have a few obstacles to consider.
Payment of each license is paid in advance, however the user license can be transferred from one staff member to a new one, which is ideal for staff turnover without losing the valuable data. 

Annual Billing Period

Staff User Licenses:

Your annual subscription date start on the day your processes your first payment, and will automatically renew on this day for all subsequent years until a cancellation is requested. Staff Licences are paid in advance. 

Team Member licenses

Team Members continue to be paid in a monthly charge as we understand that the event workforce are only required throughout the days the event is LIVE. Charges will start when the event has been set to LIVE status and is valid for either 1x month or when the event moves to completed, whichever occurs first.  Crew licences are paid as per users and therefore charged post event. 

What is the minimum subscription period?

There are two billing subscription models to choose from, either Monthly or Annual Billing, allowing you the flexibility your organization needs to host a successful event.
