Open in Google Sheets

If you are unable to open the document in Excel, you can easily open in it Google Sheets without an account and convert it. 

Download the document and either save it in your Desktop or simply find it in your Downloads folder and follow the Pathway. 

  1. Start a new document 

  2. Blank 

  3. File → Open 

  4. Upload 

  5. Drag and Drop the File OR ‘Select a file from your computer’. 

To turn this into an Excel document:
Once open convert to Excel by: File → Download as → Select Format

Open in Excel 

If you want to continue to use Excel, you will need to change the reports file name to a CSV file.  

Download the document and either save it in your Desktop or simply find it in your Downloads folder and follow the Pathway.

  1. Select the file, then select to rename it. 

  2. Replace the .xlsx with .csv and press Enter or Save 

  3. If you are prompted with the 'Are you Sure' pop up box select    'Use .csv'

  4. You will see the file name change confirmed 

  5. Click to open the Document again 

  6. Note: If you are prompted with 'Alert - The file format and extension of 'Blerts (7).csv' don't match' select 'Yes' to open it anyway.
